Please take the time to review the following information regarding our spa’s policies and other important information regarding your procedures
Each artist takes each and every appointment very seriously and hopes you will consider all standards and regulations prior to booking your appointments.

You will be required to sign the spa’s new client agreement. You will also be required to sign a consent form if you are having a cosmetic tattooing procedure.

You accept that any late booking cancellations for Your Treatment and/or Follow Up Treatment create a financial loss for Us, so accordingly You agree:


A $50 deposit is due immediately upon booking to secure all Permanent Makeup appointments .  The deposit can be paid via PAYPAL or CREDIT at the time of booking for all services. (Paypal deposits not include transaction fee )


This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session .The full remaining balance will be collected on the day of your appointment, prior to your procedure.. This payment is final and will not be considered for refunds for any reason.

The touch up fee will NOT be charged on your initial visit .This appointment type is only eligible for those who have received permanent brow services by TVL’s Artists.

As with all medical procedures, due to unforeseen circumstances from client to client, work can not be guaranteed and there will be no refunds post-procedure.


Everyones time is valuable, so if you are more than 15 minutes late you’ll be considered as a no show for your appointment. Your booking fee and appointment will be forfeited. No Exception. This is to keep our schedule on track and to be fair to everyone.

Please take account of traffic and road closures, so you can arrive on time.




If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your Permanent Makeup deposit and will be required to place another deposit for another appointment.

Please understand that when you are late or cancel/rebook we miss the opportunity to fill that time with another guest who is waiting Artist to provide amazing services to her/him.

*All deposits are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or reschedule your appointment. . Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. Clients may reschedule once with a 7 day advance notice

If you reschedule with less than 7 days notice or In the event of canceling without rescheduling, the deposit is non-refundable and appointment will be forfeited and Any other future appointments will require another $100 deposit to book a new date.

We will do our best to remind you of your upcoming appointment by email, text, phone call and appointment card at least 48hours in advance. Please note that it is ultimately your responsibility to remember and notify us of any changes.


Touch ups are sometimes needed for clients who’s skin and body did not accept the implantation of ink pigments as well as others. Also touch ups are recommended to finish perfecting lines and shape that could not be perfected on the first initial visit due to unforeseen issues such as clients swelling with permanent eyeliner.

Touch up appointments are required for optimal results. This service is NOT automatically booked.

Touch ups need to be scheduled by the client and no farther out than 2 years post procedure.

When you’re scheduled & confirmed a date for your touch-up but decide to cancel, postpone or reschedule (for any reasons) without given us at least a 7 days advance notice result as a loss and a booking fee/deposit (non-refundable) is required to reschedule for the Specialist’s time to perform the procedure.

Please be considerate of your specialist who gets paid to provide you a service. When you do not show you affect their earnings for the day, which is unfair. We have a long wait list of clients who would have loved your appointment spot but couldn’t take it because you reserved that time. Thank you for respecting what we love doing most – serving our clients!’

Touch up appointments will be subject to the availability of the specialist’s schedule. Please select the best appointment time for your touchup as availability is highly limited. Specialist CANNOT guarantee a rescheduled appointment to meet the complimentary touchup time frame. If a rescheduled appointment does not meet the complimentary time-line, touch up fees will apply (please read more below)

  • Appointment It’s the client’s responsibility to keep and remember ALL confirmed appointments. If you missed your appointment it is considered as no show. There will be no Refund for no show. NO exceptions!
  • When to schedule for your Touch-up appointment Clients will have 7 days (from the initial procedure) to request for a touchup appointment within 8-14 weeks time-line.
  • Your first touch-up Appointments are available based on our specialist’s availability and on a first-come, first served basis.
  • Adding a New Service If you are scheduling for your touch-up and would like to add a new service, you’re required to submit a $100 deposit to book the new procedure.
  • The price of re-touch within 3 months (from your 1st initial procedure) will be $50/session offfrom current full price (no touchup included). Price of re-touch after 3 months and within less than 2 years (from your 1st initial procedure) is 50% off current full price.
  • Price of re-touch after 2 years (from your 1st initial procedure) is full price.
  • Service Gratuity: Gratuity is recommended and appreciative.

Please arrive on time to your appointment !

We understand life gets busy and we sometimes forget, especially if an appointment was made weeks before. As a courtesy we will send a reminder a day prior to your appointment.  You  must response to confirm or your appointment will be cancelled.

We NO GUARANTEE for permanent makeup results.

Results will vary from client to client on an individual basis.

Your skin type, lifestyle, cosmetic regimens, health/wellbeing, and aftercare of your permanent makeup will contribute to your final results.

Additional touch ups may be needed to achieve your desired results.  Additional touch pricing will apply.


Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that your accompanied person stay in the waiting area during your appointment. They are welcome to leave and return when your appointment is over also. Please no friends, boyfriends, husbands, children, and/or pets allowed.


Our company requires “Before” and “After” photos/videos be taken and kept on file. We would like your permission to use these photos/videos for advertising. For example, in portfolios, online and in print adds, etc. Your consent is necessary regarding this.


If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo prior to booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee results or cases such as these and we must approve that your eyebrows are workable. In some for cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discolored, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly.

1. I hold the right to deny service to clients who have the following conditions.If you have any of the following conditions please contact us immediately before scheduling to ensure you are a candidate.

  • Those under 18 years of age
  • Pregnant and nursing
  • Viral Infections/Diseases (Even if in remission or undetectable)
  • Undergoing Chemotherapy ( Must have had last treatment at one year+ and must provide doctors note)
  • Heart Conditions
  • Autoimmune Disorders
  • Epilepsy
  • Used Accutane within past year
  • History of keloid scarring
  • Trichollitimania
  • Uncontrolled Diabetes (We require a doctors note even if you’re taking prescribed medication)
  • On blood thinners/ blood pressure (We require a doctors note, if prescribed medication is taken)
  • Allergies to Lidocaine
  • Blood Clotting Disorders
  • People with skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the eyebrow area
  • People with allergies to makeup, dyes and other pigments
  • Active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed
  • Those who have healing disorders
  • Those who are taking antibotic and/or steroids within 2 weeks of appointment
  • Those with thin and oversensitive the skin.

Diagnosed conditions that are waived are required to bring a doctor’s note stating their approval.

2. Failure to follow post procedure instructions may result in infection or loss/discoloration of pigment and we do not touch up for free!

After you’ve healed     :

  • Brow tattoos can last up to between 3-5 years depending on client’s lifestyle, skin type and aftercare.
  • Exposure to the sun and tanning beds can cause fading and discoloration of the pigment.
  • Always apply sunscreen (50 SPF or greater) on brow area once completely healed.
  • Maintain removal of unwanted brow hair outside of your tattooed brow design by tweezing, threading, waxing, or razoring.
  • Do not do laser around your brow area (IPL). Some lasers may change the color of the pigment.
  • Additional brow makeup application may still be required post tattoo to achieve your desired look.
  • For further sun protection wear hats and sunglasses.
  • Yearly touchups are recommended to maintain your results.
  • Avoid using chemical skin exfoliants on the brows and forehead area. Use of these products will cause premature fading and tattoo discoloration. Examples may include but are not limited to: Glycolic Acid, Hydroquinone, Retinol, Retin A, Vitamin C, “peels” or “brightening.”
  • Any service or product used to treat hyper pigmentation on the forehead and eye area should be avoided.

3. We can not guarantee that every patch test will be 100 %accurate due to traces of nickle that are found in some needles and pigments. The patch test won’t be able to indicate if you’re allergic reaction is to nickle or to the ingredients found in the products used.

4. Photos taken during and after your enhancement may be posted on tvlpmuacademy.us and by us only. (For marketing purposes your pictures may appear on  our social media websites and on our webpage.)

5. We do not provide a free complimentary touch up with your service as touch up time frames vary for each person. Touch ups are highly recommended and cost varies depending on the time frame you choose. To ensure great results we recommend booking your touch up appointment within 6—8 weeks after your initial appointment. (Please visit our services page for more details on touch up pricing)


6. Upon booking your appointment we will require a non refundable booking fee to secure the date. 7 days is required to transfer an appointment to another date and/or time. Failure to give appropriate time to transfer will result in a loss of deposit.

7. You must arrive on time. If you are running more than 10 minuets late you will have to reschedule your appointment and forfeit your deposit fees. Being late will create a delay to the technician’s schedule and is unfair to other clients.

8. Only 40-50% percent of the ink will retain on the skin after the treated area has healed therefore we highly recommend booking a touch up appointment to insure results. On the rare occasion a client may need a third session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare the client will be charged accordingly .

9. To ensure you are satisfied with your service we request that you carefully look at the shape and color before we start the service. Once the decision is made, the look you chose will be final. After leaving our salon we are not responsible or liable for any changes you wish to make to your shape or color so please make sure you are final with your decision. Any desired changes made to the shape or color after leaving our salon will result in extra charges.

10. During your touch-up I will only touch up what needs to be darker to improve the evenness of color throughout the brow. This touch-up does not cover changing the shape of your brows in any way, shape, or form. If you would like to change the shape of your enhancement during your touch up appointment you will be have pay for the services accordingly.


11. We cannot guarantee successful result on 100% of our clients because everyone’s skin takes differently to permanent make up. There are also no refunds as we have carried out the service.
